Important information for creating your will

Executors
A minimum of one and a maximum of four executors or trustees should be appointed. It is advisable to name at least two in case one is unable to act on your behalf when required. It is possible to appoint an executor to act solely or jointly with another executor. Please provide full names, addresses and occupations of each executor and state if they are to act jointly or solely.

Assets and Liabilities
Please list all you assets (property, bank accounts, shares) you own in Australia. Please provide as much detail as possible.

Residuary Estate
Residuary Estate is the balance of your estate after the payment of all testamentary expenses, e.g. funeral expense and executor commissions, duties, liabilities and specific bequests.

6. Have you lent anyone any money or given them a gift that you would like to be taken into account when your estate is distributed? If yes, please give details.

7. Is there a debt owing to you that you do not want repaid after your death? If yes, please give details.

8. Is there anyone other than your spouse or children whom you currently support or help to support?

i. If yes, please provide the full name, address, occupation and relationship to you for each dependent (if known).

9. Do you have a family trust or company?

10. Do you wish to be an organ donor?

11. Do you wish to leave your body to medical science?

12. Please list all your personal assets at their present value:
