Sophie is an experienced property Para-legal. Her experience includes working closely with and assisting Vendors in the preparation and lodgment of subdivisions, off the plan contracts and acting for Vendors of both commercial and residential properties.
She also assists Purchasers both on shore and offshore with the purchase of residential and commercial properties.
In addition she deals with residential leases.

Rae Abdul Rahim
Rae Abdul Rahim holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and also a Masters of Law (Legal Practice, Skills & Ethics) from Monash University.
She has acted for clients both offshore and onshore. She has also advised foreign investors on dealing with Foreign Investment Review Board applications.
Her areas of practice include property, residential and commercial leasing, purchase and sale of business and Wills.

Tracy Collins
Tracy holds a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Behavioural Science degree from La Trobe University. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Immigration Law and Practice from Victoria University.
Tracy joined Nevile & Co as a law clerk and completed an articled clerkship the following year. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in March 2009.
Her areas of practice include property, commercial, Wills and Estate Planning including disputes and immigration law.

Katherine Gove
Katherine holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from Deakin University. Katherine also holds a Master of Commercial Law from the University of Melbourne.
Katherine has experience in a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters including sale and purchase of business, franchising, intellectual property, corporate structuring, debt and security structuring, corporate compliance and shareholder disputes.
Katherine has acted for clients both within Australia also for clients located in and/or doing business in numerous overseas locations including Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong. Katherine advises many of her clients on an ongoing basis about the many varied legal issues they encounter in running a business including initial set up, retail and commercial leases, commercial contracts, employment law, intellectual property, licensing, debt recovery, and dispute resolution.

Jeff Martin
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Economics, a Masters in Business Administration from Deakin University, a Juris Doctor from Melbourne University and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Australian National University. He is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Before coming to the law Jeff had an extensive career in senior management, including fifteen years within Nestle, five years as General Manager at SPC and a further five years as the CEO and Managing Director of Tatura Milk Industries Ltd. Jeff has also sat on numerous commercial boards and government advisory bodies, including holding the inaugural Chairmanship of both the Goulburn Ovens Institute of Tafe Council and the Latrobe University Regional Advisory Board.
Jeff’s extensive corporate experience and commercial insight provides Nevile & Co client’s access to a lawyer who understands first hand their commercial needs and dealings.
His areas of practice include commercial including intellectual property, corporate, family law and criminal law.

Peter Nevile
Peter holds a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and a Bachelor of Law from Monash University. Peter has been in practice for more than 38 years.
He has had extensive experience in dealing with a diverse range of international clients, primarily in commercial and property transactions together with advice on inbound investment. He travels extensively in Asia and Europe. He was the National President of the Australia Indonesia Business Council, the prime bilateral business organization doing business between Australia and Indonesia for a number of years. He has also sat on a number of educational advisory boards at University and Secondary educational level. He has had personal involvement and experience in the tourism industry, agriculture and aquaculture.
His areas of practice include commercial and corporate, entertainment law, property, wills and estate planning including disputes.

Jeff Stone
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and a Bachelor of Law from Monash University. Jeff has been in practice for more than 38 years. He is also an Australian Registered Migration Agent No. 0003492.
Jeff has significant experience in family and migration law from initial strategy meetings through to appearing at Tribunal reviews and court appeals. His areas of practice include most aspects of family law and migration law.

Esther Zhang
Esther holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Law from Monash University. She also holds a graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law in New South Wales. Esther has extensive experience in the area of property, dealing with offshore clients and inbound investment.
Her language skills and understanding of cross cultural differences equip her admirably for dealing with the growing China market where she has extensive contacts.
