Our Commercial Litigation philosophy is an extension of our overall approach with our Commercial clients. We seek to achieve the best possible commercial outcome in a cost effective pragmatic and timely framework. It is our view that every effort should be made to find a resolution for Litigation used as a measure for last resort.
We have found through experience that the earlier we can encourage all parties to sit around a table and air their views and grievances and without prejudice meeting the faster all parties can identify the issues and gain a better understanding the other persons point of view while of course not necessary agreeing with it. |
