Nevile & Co. respect your right to have your privacy of your personal information maintained. We have a professional duty to you to maintain confidentiality in the information you provide to us. This generally includes your name, address, telephone number, fax number, email address and in some circumstances other personal information provided by you.

Normally this is information provided by you but we may in the course of acting for you be provided with information from third parties.

Why do we need your personal information?

We only need your personal information to be able to carry out your instructions in acting for you. Accordingly during the course of acting for and providing our services we may disclose your information to third parties but only as it is necessarily required as part of your instructions.  Otherwise your information is held on a confidential basis. You may provide consent to us to disclose your information to other parties if you wish.

How will we hold that information?

Generally in both hard copy and electronically on our database which is accessible only to our staff including our information technology support people.

Access by you to your personal information

If you would like a summary of basic information held please contact us and we will provide that information at no fee. If you require more detailed information we may charge you a fee for retrieval.
