Accordingly during the course of acting for and providing our services we may disclose your information to third parties but only as it is necessarily required as part of your instructions. Otherwise your information is held on a confidential basis. You may provide consent to us to disclose your information to other parties if you wish.

Generally in both hard copy and electronically on our database which is accessible only to our staff including our information technology support people.

If you would like a summary of basic information held please contact us and we will provide that information at no fee. If you require more detailed information we may charge you a fee for retrieval.
