Qodrat currently practices in the areas of Commercial law, Building and Construction Law and Dispute Resolution.
He studied a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in international studies and Philosophy at Monash University and completed his Law (JD) studies at Melbourne Law School. He completed his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law and was admitted to legal practice in 2021.
Qodrat can provide professional advice and assistance in relation Building and Construction Law matters including the Security of Payments Act, Construction work disputes as well as Commercial and Business Law including contract reviews, business structuring, He is also an accredited Mediator under the Australian Mediator and Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards (AMDRAS) and can run Mediations assisting parties to identify their key issues, develop their options, consider their alternatives and supporting participants to reach their own decisions.
Qodrat will utilise all his tools and expertise in trying to help his clients reach a desired outcome as well as support his clients to understand their legal rights.
