Positions Available

2-4 PAE Commercial Lawyer

The Role:

We are seeking a Commercial and Litigation Lawyer to dive straight into our bustling commercial and corporate team. Your day may include:

  • Advising on complex commercial disputes;
  • Drafting of commercial agreements, including shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and licence agreements;
  • Providing general commercial legal advice and drafting to small and medium businesses;
  • Conducting one on one consultations with new and existing clients

Nevile & Co. firmly believes in an open door policy. There will be opportunities to grow and develop under the mentoring and supervision of Principals Peter Nevile and Meng Cheong, and in collaboration with experienced colleagues and enthusiastic support staff.

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have a minimum 2-4 years of experience in commercial law and litigation;
  • Be familiar with the civil procedure rules in Victorian courts and tribunal;
  • Know how to have fun in a collaborative and dynamic legal practice.
  • A foreign language would be beneficial but is not essential.
