Nuriye is a commercial lawyer with over seven years’ experience, holding a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Australian National University.
She has built a strong foundation as a franchising lawyer, having acted for both franchisors and franchisees across a wide range of industries. Her work has included drafting and negotiating franchise agreements, leases, disclosure documents, and other key commercial instruments.
Drawing on this experience, Nuriye now focuses on contract and transactional matters, assisting clients with business sales and purchases, commercial leasing, supply and distribution agreements, and broader commercial arrangements. She brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to every matter and is committed to delivering clear, commercially sound outcomes for her clients.
Outside of work, Nuriye enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on Carlton at the footy!
