Tracy holds a Bachelor of Law and Behavioural Science from La Trobe University and has also completed a Graduate Certificate in Immigration Law. With over 10 years of legal experience dealing with clients in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom Tracy practises primarily in Wills & Estates with experience in the areas of conveyancing (residential and commercial), immigration law, family law and commercial law. In 2022, Tracy successfully completed the Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialisation course for Wills & Estates.
Tracy provides professional advice and assistance in Wills and Estates which incorporates estate planning including the preparation of Wills (testamentary trusts, protective trusts etc), enduring powers of attorney (financial and personal) and appointments of medical treatment decision makers, asset protection including the use of trusts, superannuation and other business structures, applying for probate, letters of administration and reseals of probate, claims against a deceased estate and administration of deceased estates including testamentary trusts.
Tracy speaks, reads and writes Hindi. Her language and communication skills, developed from her travels abroad, living in various countries in her youth and dealing with international clients, enables her to interact with clients from all walks of life effectively and with high satisfaction.
