Meng is a Principal Lawyer, and holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor in Computer Science from Monash University, Victoria, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

Prior to joining Nevile & Co., Meng worked at boutique law firms where he gained a wealth of experience in diverse areas of law including commercial and corporate law, litigation, bankruptcy, insolvency and criminal law. He has developed as a versatile lawyer capable of turning his hand equally well to a multitude of legal fields.

In his years of practice, he has often appeared at all Courts across Victoria as an advocate and instructor to counsel dealing with various matters ranging from debt recovery actions to large complex litigation.

Often commended for his legal creativity and his ability to deliver practical solutions in the most cost effective manner possible, Meng has represented a myriad of corporate entities and individuals from all walks of life, including overseas clients, film producers and defence force cadets.

He has a strong passion for court work and is a strong believer in working closely with clients and guiding them through the court processes.

At Nevile & Co., Meng regularly advises in the area of commercial and corporate law, dispute resolution, litigation, personal bankruptcy and insolvency. In addition, Meng is also able to advise and represent clients in criminal matters. He was a member of the Australian Computer Society and was professionally recognised as a Certified Technologist.
